Rental Terms

Renters / Drivers must be 21 years old for car groups A, B, C and 25 for other car groups. Under the age of 21, there is an extra charge for insurance coverage.

All drivers must hold a valid driving licence for at least 1 year. We accept EU driving licences.
If you hold a NON-EU driving license you have to contact your embassy to get your international driving permit in order to drive a car in Greece.

The renter is liable for the payment of all traffic fines and appended administrative sanctions that may result from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law during the rental period. Please bear in mind that you shall be liable for the redemption of whatever penalties (illegal parking, speed-limit violations ea.) the traffic police of the Island of Corfu may impute with respect to the rented car you are driving, throughout the car rental term of your contract.

No Deposit is required.

Our clients are responsible for fuel. We DO NOT charge you for a full tank at the airport, port or hotel. Our policy is simple: however you receive it is how you return it. Fuel consumed during the rental period is paid by renter. Refunds are not given.

– If you have not been added to the rental agreement as an additional driver.
– Interior damages.
– Loss or Detriment of the vehicle’s child seats, jack, safety triangle, spare wheel, petrol cap.
– Theft due to keys being left in the vehicle (negligence).
– Engine damage by wrong fuel
– Loss of Keys or stolen
– Detriment that caused willfully or recklessly by the renter e.g. (burning out the clutch, burning out the tires, sitting or standing on the bonnet, or the roof or the boot lid of the vehicle.
– The driver was driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
– Damages due to inappropriate driving or negligence.
– Driving off-road.

Free of Charge at Corfu International Airport & Corfu Port from 08.00 until 21.00
For pick up and drop off outside these hours the charges are:
21:00-00:00 / +20€
00:00-07:00/ +30€
07:00-08:00 / +20€
Deliveries to all other locations are charged.

Car models follow the original planning. Issues in delivery services may lead us to supply another vehicle from the originally selected in some cases. We will do our best to supply the requested car, but unfortunately this cannot be guaranteed. Above all, terms & conditions include: in case of breakdown the company is obliged to replace the vehicle within 24hrs.

- Payment at the time of booking: Pay by credit card and PayPal (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro). AMERICAN EXPRESS is not accepted.
- Payment upon the arrival: Pay by cash and by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro). AMERICAN EXPRESS is not accepted.

Terms & conditions include: The Coverage of all our Vehicles regarding damages against third parties is in all Contract Prices as it is mandatory by the Greek Law.

In this section, according to out collision Damage Waiver Policy, potential damage to tyres, wheels, below the car and all Glass parts including mirrors are excluded from our coverage and Full Reimbursement will be asked for in case of damage.

Full Damage Waiver (FDW) insurance covers potential damage to tyres, wheels & glass parts with an extra cost. Damages to the interior, mirrors, loss or damage of antennae, wheel covers is subject to being charged. The amount of (100-300) euros is the maximum liability. No deposit Required

Limits your financial liability in the event of collision-related damage to the vehicle to 0.00 EUR.

- All cars are fully checked and serviced.
- Cars are cleaned and disinfected.
- 24-hour road assistance.
- Free 24-hour emergency / helpline.
In case of breakdown, the company is obliged to replace the vehicle within 24hrs.

If payment has been made in advance and then cancelled at least 24 hours before collection then a full refund shall be issued. Otherwise one full day of rental shall be charged.
Please note that if a customer returns the rental car before the scheduled end of their booking, there will be no refund or reimbursement for the remaining rental period.

All of our vehicles are not permitted to leave Corfu Island to travel to another part of Greece without prior written authorization . Most importantly, if the car is taken anywhere other than Corfu Island, the vehicle is not covered by insurance or road assistance. In conclusion you need to pay the extra fee to be covered and take the vehicle outside of Corfu island
